Work Agreement

This agreement is between i a man mark leib and you, a man/woman: [name]; it states the terms upon which we agree to work together;

General Terms for all man and woman who work with i

This agreement and all work that you do with, for i is private;

By working with i, you agree to compensate i for my services in the private as a man;

We both agree that each of us is responsible to make remedy for the consequences of any breach of this agreement to such extent as the one wronged is made again whole;

If either you or i find that we are no longer a match to continue the work agreement, we will communicate with each other respectfully and provide as much notice as is right and appropriate for the circumstances.

Specific Terms

The following terms apply to all landscape survey, analysis, design or installation services provided by i.

All work is carried out by i on the understanding that you have agreed to abide by these specific terms.

If multiple design concepts are submitted, only one concept is deemed to be given by i as fulfilling the agreement. All other designs remain the property of i unless agreed in writing.

Project acceptance

At the time of proposal, i will provide you with a written quotation. The terms are outlined in full below.

A copy of the quotation is to be acknowledged by you to indicate acceptance and should be sent by email to i.

No work on a project will commence until the acceptance has been received by i.

Compensation

Compensation for survey, analysis, design or installation services to be provided by i, will be set out in the written quotation that is provided to you.

At the time of you accepting this quotation, indicating acceptance of the terms,100% of the quoted compensation will become due within 7 days.

You will be asked to make a digital transfer to my bank.

Work on the project will not commence until i have received 100% of the compensation.

Alterations

You agree that changes required over and above the estimated work or required to be carried out after acceptance of the design will be liable to separate compensation that will be agreed upon by you and i.

You also agree that i hold no responsibility for any amendments made by any third party, before or after the approved design is installed.

Licensing

Any design, drawing, idea or harmonic frequency created for you by i, or any subcontractors, is licensed for use by you on a one-time only basis and may not be modified, re-used, or re-distributed in any way or form without the express written consent of i.

Design Project Duration

Any indication of a design project’s duration is to be considered by you to be an estimation. i cannot be held responsible for any project over-runs, whatever the cause.

Estimated project duration should be deemed to be from the date that compensation is received by me in good time.

Design Credits

You agree to allow me to place a small credit on printed material, and/or a link to my own website on your website with your agreed consent. This will usually be in the form of a small logo or line of text placed towards the bottom of the page with your agreed consent.

You also agree to allow me to place all designs on my own website for portfolio and demonstration purposes and to use any designs in my own publicity unless agreed otherwise with your agreed consent.

Rights of Refusal

i will not include in my designs, any text, images or other data which you deem to be immoral, offensive, obscene or illegal.

Project Cancellation

Cancellation of projects may be made initially by telephone contact, however, following this, i will need formal notification in writing by email.

The cancellation of a project within 14 days of receiving compensation will result in the compensation being reimbursed to you, less any work on the project undertaken within that 14 day period.

Please note: any cancellation which is not formally confirmed in writing and received by i within 14 days of such instruction being issued by you, will be liable for the full quoted compensation of the project.

Project Postponement

Postponements of the project may be made initially by telephone contact, however, following this i will need formal notification in writing by email.

Postponement for any reason will result in unused project hours being honoured in lieu as services in the future at the re-commencement of the project.

Please note: postponement does not qualify for reimbursement of compensation.

Liability release

You understand that my services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any diseases and that for medical advice you need to consult a qualified healthcare professional.

You understand that change is your own and complete responsibility.

You understand that all healing is self-healing and that i am only a facilitator in the process of helping you to solve the problem(s) of your environment or property.

It is your responsibility to be open and honest, provide accurate feedback, and be forthcoming with details and information that may help you achieve your outcomes.

You understand that i can only access the Akashic Records with the permission of the record holder, and i only do so with the intention of healing for the highest good of all beings.

Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, you or your representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless i from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with our agreement.

You understand that your name and personal information will be kept completely confidential and you may share information about your project in the future in any way that you are personally comfortable.

You agree to allow me to share any information and accompanying summary of your project either on video or in written form as long as your name and all personal/relevant details are omitted or changed to protect your identity.
